Challenge
Thousands of incoming sales orders are moving through Atlas Copco's 80+ customer centers via mail. In addition, clients can place webshop orders.
Solution
Based on Atlas Copco's needs, we trained an AI model that not only processes incoming sales orders and PO confirmations, but also the XML/CSV orders coming in via the website.
Challenge
Every day, hundreds of order confirmations arrive in Van Marcke's mailbox. Usually, this information is embedded in a pdf file which has to be processed manually.
