Many people would be horrified to learn just how many critical business processes start with an email. That email, along with its attachments, represents information that needs to end up somewhere. On either end of the communication channel usually sits a person, translating to or from a structured data system. These people play a vital role in managing customer or supplier relations, but a disproportionate amount of their time goes to repetitive data entry work instead. Klassif.ai offers an alternative: let our AI agents take care of the boring work, with users choosing the level of human supervision that works for them. Every day, tens of thousands of invoices, purchase orders, and other kinds of transactional documents flow through our systems and into the systems of our users.

Our Culture

Klassif.ai serves the needs of some of Belgium’s top-grossing companies while keeping ourselves relatively lean. We’ve never gone on a hiring spree. We believe in steady growth, in doing the work, and in optimizing our own engineering practices. Everyone on the team interacts with the application as well as with end users, translating their frustrations into ideas for refining the product. Finally, ours is a tricky domain, so a good sense of humor also helps.

Responsibilities

• Design/maintain AI services (Python)
• Collaborate with the App team, e.g. on making AI features feel cohesive and on capturing signal for training data
• Build, benchmark, and ship agent harnesses
• Fine-tune local LLMs on synthetic data and on agent rollouts
• Train ‘traditional’ ML models where latency matters
• Talk to end users about what is working and what isn’t
• Last but certainly not least: Help shape Klassif.ai’s AI strategy

All credentials welcome, including recent graduates. We’ll shape the role around you. What matters is creativity and visible engagement with the field – e.g. open source contributions, side projects, etc. Bonus points if you are multilingual and have a driver’s license.
